Homemade pizza πŸ•

Lovee homemade pizza. I use Jamie Oliver’s pizza dough recipe www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/bread-recipes/basic-pizza/

Tomato sauce is just a can of tomatoes, grated clove of garlic, tbsp of dried oregano, pinch of salt and pepper, and a glug of olive oil and mix together. So quick and simple.

Mozzarella and any toppings you have. This time it was mushrooms, chillies and an egg.

I’ve got a pizza stone and turn the oven up as hot as it goes. Only 6 minutes in the oven. πŸ˜€ πŸ•

Peanut butter and apple snack

Onee of my best super quick snacks at the moment is peanut butter on apple. Of course it can be any nut butter or fruit. I love cashew butter on bananas too. So simple, so quick, healthy, and great with a cup of tea. πŸ₯œπŸŽπŸŒβ˜•

Overnight Bircher muesli

This is favourite breakfast. It’s easy to make and can be made in advance. I make mine on a Sunday night and keep it in the fridge for the week ahead.

Couple handfuls of jumbo rolled oats and then any nuts, seeds and dried fruit I have. This one had a tablespoon each of: sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, linseeds, desiccated coconut, flaked almonds and raisins. Put it all in a Tupperware and pour over almond milk so it’s just covered. Then leave it in the fridge.

In the morning it’s super quick to have a couple of tablespoons, add some yogurt and any chopped fresh fruit. Delicious. .
