I had this years ago in Thailand and it’s been one of my favourites ever since – bananas in coconut milk.
1 can of coconut milk heated in a pan. Add chopped banana when it begins to boil. Turn down heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add a teaspoon of maple syrup. Serve up. I also added some toasted hazelnuts. So quick and so delicious 🍌🌴😊
